Terms and Conditions
MarketPrint is a statistics and journaling tool for traders. It is not investment advice and not a broker. Trading bots sold at marketprint.trade/bots follow fixed rules and are covered by section 11. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of the MarketPrint website at marketprint.trade, its web application and related tools, including the MT5 journal connector (together, the “Service”). “MarketPrint”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Service; “you” means the person using it.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer are part of these Terms. If a translation of these documents differs from the English version, the English version applies.
2. Changes to the Terms and to the Service
- We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its revision date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
- If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
- We continuously develop the Service and may add, change or remove features, assets or data sources. Features we announce as planned (for example, Market Profile and Chart in the All assets plan) are intentions, not promises.
3. Who can use MarketPrint
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live.
- You may not use the Service if the laws of your country prohibit it.
- One person — one account. Use a real email address that you can access: we use it to confirm your account and send service messages.
4. What MarketPrint offers
- Statistics. For selected CFD instruments (indices, metals and currency pairs) we show how past trading days with similar conditions developed: likely direction, range, the sessions and hours when the high and low of the day usually formed, and related probabilities.
- Dashboard and news. A live view of these statistics for the current day and an economic calendar.
- Journal. A trading journal with statistics, risk rules and day reviews. Trades can be imported automatically from your MetaTrader 5 account with our connector.
- Knowledge base. Explanations of the methods and terms we use.
Everything in the Service is for information and education. It does not take your personal situation into account and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Prices come from a third-party price feed and may differ from your broker’s prices. See the Disclaimer.
5. Plans and free trial
- Free. The journal (including MT5 import) and the knowledge base, with no time limit.
- Free trial. 7 days of access to all assets, once per person, starting when you confirm your email. No payment details are needed.
- Paid plans. 3 assets, 5 assets or all assets, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Longer periods come with the discount shown at checkout. In the 3- and 5-asset plans you choose the assets when you pay and can change them when you renew.
- When a paid period or the trial ends, your account returns to Free. Your journal, settings and imported trades stay with you.
6. Payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is made in stablecoins (USDT on TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20; USDC on ERC20) through the third-party payment processor NOWPayments. You pay on the processor’s page, and its terms also apply to the payment.
- You are responsible for sending the exact amount, in the selected coin, on the selected network, before the payment page expires. Network fees are paid by the sender. Crypto sent on the wrong network or to a wrong address may be impossible to recover.
- Access opens automatically once the processor confirms the payment, usually within minutes. We email you a confirmation.
- Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you without your action. Before a period ends we remind you by email; to continue, you pay for the next period.
- If you pay while the trial or a paid period of the same plan is active, the new period starts when the current one ends. If you switch to another plan, the remaining paid time of the old plan is converted into days of the new plan in proportion to their prices.
- If a payment arrives short, too large or in the wrong coin, contact us. We will either let you top up or return the difference, minus network and processor fees, where this is technically possible.
- Prices may change for future periods. A period you have already paid for keeps its price.
7. Refunds
- MarketPrint is a digital service that starts as soon as access opens. When you pay, you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that, to the extent the law allows, you lose the right to withdraw once access has been provided.
- We do not refund partly used periods, unused days or the remaining time after you stop using the Service. The free trial and the Free plan exist so you can evaluate MarketPrint before paying.
- If the Service is unavailable through our fault for a significant time, write to us: we will extend your period or refund the affected part.
- This section does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.
8. Your account and security
- Keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- We store only a one-way hash of your password and cannot see it. If you suspect someone else has access, change your password and use “Sign out on all devices” in Account settings, and tell us.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by a password you shared or did not keep secure.
9. Acceptable use
The Service is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- share, sell or transfer your account or access to it;
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our statistics, probabilities or other content, or build a competing product from them;
- access the Service with bots or automated tools, except our own MT5 connector;
- decompile, reverse engineer or try to bypass access restrictions, limits or payment;
- probe, overload or disrupt the Service, or use it for anything unlawful.
You may share screenshots or short videos of the Service for non-commercial purposes if you name MarketPrint and link to marketprint.trade. Any other public or commercial use needs our written permission.
10. MT5 journal connector
- The connector is an Expert Advisor you install in your own MetaTrader 5 terminal with a personal journal key. It only reads your account’s history: it sends closed trades and the account balance to your journal. It cannot open, close or change trades and never asks for your account password.
- You decide whether to install it and can disconnect it at any time in Account settings; trades already imported stay in your journal until you delete them or your account.
- We are not responsible for your terminal, broker, internet connection or for settings you change in MetaTrader.
11. Trading bots: licenses, signals and refunds
- What you buy. A personal license to use a bot: Ignite and Orbit — for life, Aurum — for the paid subscription period. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; we remind you by email before they end. The “All three” bundle includes lifetime Ignite and Orbit licenses and 12 months of Aurum.
- Accounts. One license works on one live account and up to two demo accounts at a time. Prop-firm accounts count as accounts even if MetaTrader marks them as demo. You can change the live account yourself in My bots up to 3 times in 30 days. More accounts need more licenses.
- Your key is personal. Do not share, resell or publish it, and do not decompile, copy or redistribute the bots. We may revoke a license that is used in breach of these rules, without refund.
- How the bots work. Ignite runs inside your MetaTrader 5 terminal and checks the license online every few hours. Aurum and Orbit receive their signals from the MarketPrint server: if the server is unavailable, they open no new trades, while open positions keep their stops at your broker or exchange. You are responsible for your terminal or VPS, broker, exchange account, internet connection and settings, including risk per trade.
- Orbit on our server. If you choose this option, you give us exchange API keys with trading rights only, withdrawals disabled and access limited to our server’s IP address. The keys are stored on our bot server, are never shown back and are used only to run your bot. Trades happen in your own exchange account: we never hold your money. You can stop the bot and delete the keys at any time; stopping does not close open positions. We are not responsible for exchange outages, API errors, fees, funding, slippage or liquidations.
- Results. Results shown on the bot pages are backtests — hypothetical trades computed by the bot’s code on historical data with costs. Live results differ because of spreads, commissions, funding, slippage, delays and differences between brokers, and may be worse. Past results do not guarantee future ones. The bots are not personal investment advice.
- Prop firms. Many prop firms restrict third-party expert advisors, copy trading or identical trades across different traders’ accounts. Check your firm’s rules before running a bot; we are not responsible for breached accounts or refused payouts.
- Updates. Bug fixes and rule updates are free for as long as the license is valid. We may change a bot to fix errors or improve it, and we describe material changes.
- Refunds. Bots are digital products delivered immediately. If within 14 days of purchase the license has not been used — no account has been linked, no file downloaded and Orbit has not been started on our server — we refund it on request, minus network and processor fees. After first use, payments for bots are not refunded. Aurum renewals are not refunded.
- If we stop a service. If we stop sending Aurum or Orbit signals or running Orbit on our server, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance and refund the unused part of a paid Aurum period.
12. Intellectual property
- The Service — its software, statistics, texts, design, names and logos — belongs to MarketPrint or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use it under these Terms.
- Your journal entries, notes and imported trades remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the Service to you.
13. No guarantees
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee that data, statistics or calculations are complete, correct or up to date, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. MarketPrint is not registered with any financial regulator, is not an investment adviser, broker or dealer, and does not handle your money or trades.
14. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketPrint is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to compensate MarketPrint for claims and costs caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
16. Suspension, termination and account deletion
- You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. Deletion is permanent: your journal, settings and imported trades are deleted and cannot be restored. Payment records we must keep by law are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it. If we discontinue the Service as a whole, we will refund the unused part of active paid periods.
17. Emails
We send service emails that are part of the Service: account confirmation, password reset, payment confirmation and reminders before your trial or paid period ends. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Please contact us first — most questions are solved quickly by email. If a dispute cannot be solved that way, it will be decided by the competent courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including in the EU.
