Terms and Conditions
Last revised: 22 October 2026
MarketPrint is a statistics and journaling tool for traders. It is not investment advice, not a signal service and not a broker. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of the MarketPrint website at marketprint.trade, its web application and related tools, including the MT5 journal connector (together, the “Service”). “MarketPrint”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Service; “you” means the person using it.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer are part of these Terms. If a translation of these documents differs from the English version, the English version applies.
2. Changes to the Terms and to the Service
- We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its revision date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
- If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
- We continuously develop the Service and may add, change or remove features, assets or data sources. Features we announce as planned (for example, Market Profile and Chart in the All assets plan) are intentions, not promises.
3. Who can use MarketPrint
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live.
- You may not use the Service if the laws of your country prohibit it.
- One person — one account. Use a real email address that you can access: we use it to confirm your account and send service messages.
4. What MarketPrint offers
- Statistics. For selected CFD instruments (indices, metals and currency pairs) we show how past trading days with similar conditions developed: likely direction, range, the sessions and hours when the high and low of the day usually formed, and related probabilities.
- Dashboard and news. A live view of these statistics for the current day and an economic calendar.
- Journal. A trading journal with statistics, risk rules and day reviews. Trades can be imported automatically from your MetaTrader 5 account with our connector.
- Knowledge base. Explanations of the methods and terms we use.
Everything in the Service is for information and education. It does not take your personal situation into account and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Prices come from a third-party price feed and may differ from your broker’s prices. See the Disclaimer.
5. Plans and free trial
- Free. The journal (including MT5 import) and the knowledge base, with no time limit.
- Free trial. 7 days of access to all assets, once per person, starting when you confirm your email. No payment details are needed.
- Paid plans. 3 assets, 5 assets or all assets, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Longer periods come with the discount shown at checkout. In the 3- and 5-asset plans you choose the assets when you pay and can change them when you renew.
- When a paid period or the trial ends, your account returns to Free. Your journal, settings and imported trades stay with you.
6. Payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is made in stablecoins (USDT on TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20; USDC on ERC20) through the third-party payment processor NOWPayments. You pay on the processor’s page, and its terms also apply to the payment.
- You are responsible for sending the exact amount, in the selected coin, on the selected network, before the payment page expires. Network fees are paid by the sender. Crypto sent on the wrong network or to a wrong address may be impossible to recover.
- Access opens automatically once the processor confirms the payment, usually within minutes. We email you a confirmation.
- Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you without your action. Before a period ends we remind you by email; to continue, you pay for the next period.
- If you pay while the trial or a paid period of the same plan is active, the new period starts when the current one ends. If you switch to another plan, the remaining paid time of the old plan is converted into days of the new plan in proportion to their prices.
- If a payment arrives short, too large or in the wrong coin, contact us. We will either let you top up or return the difference, minus network and processor fees, where this is technically possible.
- Prices may change for future periods. A period you have already paid for keeps its price.
7. Refunds
- MarketPrint is a digital service that starts as soon as access opens. When you pay, you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that, to the extent the law allows, you lose the right to withdraw once access has been provided.
- We do not refund partly used periods, unused days or the remaining time after you stop using the Service. The free trial and the Free plan exist so you can evaluate MarketPrint before paying.
- If the Service is unavailable through our fault for a significant time, write to us: we will extend your period or refund the affected part.
- This section does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.
8. Your account and security
- Keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- We store only a one-way hash of your password and cannot see it. If you suspect someone else has access, change your password and use “Sign out on all devices” in Account settings, and tell us.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by a password you shared or did not keep secure.
9. Acceptable use
The Service is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- share, sell or transfer your account or access to it;
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our statistics, probabilities or other content, or build a competing product from them;
- access the Service with bots or automated tools, except our own MT5 connector;
- decompile, reverse engineer or try to bypass access restrictions, limits or payment;
- probe, overload or disrupt the Service, or use it for anything unlawful.
You may share screenshots or short videos of the Service for non-commercial purposes if you name MarketPrint and link to marketprint.trade. Any other public or commercial use needs our written permission.
10. MT5 journal connector
- The connector is an Expert Advisor you install in your own MetaTrader 5 terminal with a personal journal key. It only reads your account’s history: it sends closed trades and the account balance to your journal. It cannot open, close or change trades and never asks for your account password.
- You decide whether to install it and can disconnect it at any time in Account settings; trades already imported stay in your journal until you delete them or your account.
- We are not responsible for your terminal, broker, internet connection or for settings you change in MetaTrader.
11. Intellectual property
- The Service — its software, statistics, texts, design, names and logos — belongs to MarketPrint or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use it under these Terms.
- Your journal entries, notes and imported trades remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the Service to you.
12. No guarantees
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee that data, statistics or calculations are complete, correct or up to date, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. MarketPrint is not registered with any financial regulator, is not an investment adviser, broker or dealer, and does not handle your money or trades.
13. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketPrint is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate MarketPrint for claims and costs caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
15. Suspension, termination and account deletion
- You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. Deletion is permanent: your journal, settings and imported trades are deleted and cannot be restored. Payment records we must keep by law are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it. If we discontinue the Service as a whole, we will refund the unused part of active paid periods.
16. Emails
We send service emails that are part of the Service: account confirmation, password reset, payment confirmation and reminders before your trial or paid period ends. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Please contact us first — most questions are solved quickly by email. If a dispute cannot be solved that way, it will be decided by the competent courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including in the EU.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what the Service needs to work. We do not sell your data, we do not use advertising or third-party trackers, and you can delete your account and data yourself at any time.
1. Who is responsible
MarketPrint (marketprint.trade) is the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@marketprint.trade. This policy applies to the website, the web application and the MT5 journal connector. The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
2. What we collect
| Data | What exactly |
| Account | Email address, a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself), language, sign-up date, email confirmation, plan, chosen assets and access dates. |
| Security records | Sign-ins, failed sign-in attempts, password resets and similar account events, with the IP address and time they came from. |
| Your content | Journal entries, notes, setups, tags, screenshot links, day reviews, risk rules and page settings that you save. |
| MT5 data (only if you connect it) | Account number, broker and server name, account name as set in your terminal, currency, balance and equity, and closed trades: symbol, direction, volume, prices, times, profit, commission, swap and the trade comment. |
| Payments | Order number, plan, period, amount, coin and network, the processor’s invoice and payment IDs and the payment status. We do not receive or store private keys or card data. |
| Technical data | IP address and browser information in server logs, used for security and troubleshooting. |
| Site statistics | Pages you open and buttons you press on our website and in the app, the site you came from and campaign tags in the link, language, approximate country (from your browser’s time zone), device type, browser, screen width and your IP address. Collected by our own counter on our own server, without cookies; nothing is passed to third parties. |
3. Why we use it and on what basis
- To provide the Service — your account, access to your plan, your journal and MT5 import, service emails (performance of our contract with you).
- To take and confirm payments and keep accounting records (contract; legal obligation).
- To keep accounts and the Service secure — preventing abuse, fraud and unauthorised access (our legitimate interest).
- To improve the Service — our own site statistics without cookies: which pages and features are used, where visitors come from and how many of them sign up (our legitimate interest).
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests (legal obligation).
- Marketing emails only if you separately agree; you can withdraw at any time (consent). We currently do not send them.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
- Hosting — Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, where our servers and databases run.
- Email delivery — Resend, which delivers our service emails.
- Payments — NOWPayments, which processes crypto payments; when you pay, you also share data with NOWPayments under its own privacy policy.
We may disclose data to authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service. If MarketPrint is sold or merged, data may pass to the new owner under this policy. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data, your content and MT5 data — while your account exists. When you delete your account, they are deleted; copies in technical backups, if any, are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
- Payment records — as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 10 years).
- Security records and server logs — only as long as needed to protect accounts and investigate abuse.
- Site statistics — 13 months; the IP address in them is erased after 30 days. After 13 months only daily totals without any personal data remain.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or move it to another service, and you can withdraw consent you gave. Most of this you can do yourself: change your password, disconnect MT5 or delete your account in Account settings. For anything else, write to support@marketprint.trade. We reply within one month (in complex cases we may extend this by up to two months and will tell you why).
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU, the authority of your country.
8. Security
- Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes; journal keys and one-time links are stored hashed as well.
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS); sign-in cookies are inaccessible to page scripts.
- Access to servers and data is limited to what is needed to run the Service.
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities where the law requires it.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its revision date; if a change is significant, we will also notify you by email or in the Service.

Cookie Policy

MarketPrint uses only what is strictly necessary to sign you in and remember your settings. No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers — that is why there is no cookie banner.
1. What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar place in the browser where a site can keep settings. A session cookie is deleted when you close the browser; a persistent one stays until it expires or you delete it.
2. What we use
| What | Why | How long |
| Sign-in cookie (first-party) | Keeps you signed in. It is protected from page scripts and sent only to marketprint.trade. | 30 days, or until you sign out |
| Local storage (first-party) | Remembers your settings: light or dark theme, language, dashboard layout, selected asset and filters. Some settings are also saved to your account so they follow you to other devices. | Until you clear it in your browser |
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other third-party cookies on marketprint.trade. Our own site statistics work without cookies and without local storage — see the Privacy Policy.
3. Third-party pages
When you pay, you leave MarketPrint for the NOWPayments payment page. That page may use its own cookies under NOWPayments’ cookie and privacy policies.
4. Consent
Strictly necessary cookies and storage do not require consent under EU and UK rules, so we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
5. Managing cookies
You can view and delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all have this in their privacy settings). If you block the sign-in cookie, you will not be able to sign in.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this page if we change how we use cookies. Questions: support@marketprint.trade

Trading CFDs, currencies and other leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money quickly. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. By using MarketPrint you accept the points below.
1. Not investment advice
Everything on MarketPrint — statistics, probabilities, levels, articles, examples and any other content — is for information and education only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, does not consider your personal situation, and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
2. Not a regulated firm
MarketPrint is not registered or licensed with any financial regulator as an investment adviser, broker, dealer or portfolio manager. We do not execute trades, manage accounts or hold client money. Before making investment decisions, do your own research and, if needed, consult a licensed professional.
3. Statistics are not predictions
MarketPrint shows how similar past trading days developed. Markets change, and today can differ from any past day. A high probability is not a certainty, and past results do not guarantee future results.
4. Data may contain errors
Prices come from a third-party price feed; news and calendar data come from other third-party sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and prices may differ from those of your broker. Always check prices on your own trading platform before acting.
5. Trading risks
- Leverage magnifies both profits and losses. You can lose all of your capital and, with some brokers and account types, more than you deposited.
- Prop-firm accounts have their own rules; breaking them can cost you the account regardless of what any statistic showed.
- Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.
6. Your responsibility
You alone decide whether, when and how to trade, and you are solely responsible for the results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketPrint is not liable for any losses arising from the use of the Service or reliance on its content.
